I have had this monitor for about 3 weeks (been waiting for about 3 years). I have been building high end gaming PCs since about 2001, and this is probably the single biggest (and most expensive) advancement in gaming technology I have ever seen. Once, I moved it up and down a few times, it became much easier. First impressions: Wow. Compared to a 23.6″ monitor, 32″ ultrawide is massive. The curve isn’t very aggressive at all; it’s noticeable enough to feel natural, but not bad enough to cause viewing angle problems.

The stand is extremely sturdy; the height adjustment, tilt, and pivot all work very well. The legs don’t stick out any further than the monitor itself, which I really appreciate. The built-in cable management is a nice touch too.

Adaptive Sync works very well. That being said, the MSI monitor is 3440×1440, not 1920×1080, so some games run below 60 fps on maxed settings. Thankfully, Adaptive-Sync smoothens out anything above 48hz, so any dips below 60fps (which I can normally notice immediately) still appear to be running at 60fps.

That’s said the price is also not so high for all the key specifications that this model comes with.
